주께서 도와 달라는 나의 울부짖음을 들으셨습니다.
2.주께서 내게 귀를 기울이셨으므로 나는 내가 살아 있는 동안 주를 부를 것입니다.
3.죽음의 밧줄이 나를 옭아맸으며, 우덤의 고통이 나를 덮쳤습니다. 나는 괴로움과 슬픔으로 억눌려 있었습니다.
4.그때에 내가 여호와의 이름을 불렀습니다. "여호와여, 나를 구원해 주소서."
5.여호와는 은혜로우시고, 올바른 분이십니다. 우리 하나님은 불쌍히 여기시는 분입니다.
6.여호와는 순진한 자들을 보호하시며 내가 큰 위험에 빠졌을 때, 나를 구원하셨습니다.
7.오 나의 영혼아, 이제 편히 쉬어라. 이는 여호와께서 지금까지 나에게 선을 베푸셨기 때문이다.
8.주는 내 영혼을 죽음에서 구해 내셨고, 나의 눈에서 눈물을 씻어 주셨으며, 나의 발이 걸려 넘어지지 않게 해 주셨습니다.
9.이제 내가 여호와 앞에서 걸을 수 있고, 살아 있는 자들의 땅에서 살 구 있게 되었습니다.
10.나는 굳게 믿고 말했습니다. "나는 큰 고통 가운데 있습니다!"
11.또 나는 실망 가운데서 여호와께 말했습니다. "모든 사람은 거짖말쟁이다!"
12.여호와께서 나에게 모든 좋은 것으로 베풀어 주셨습니다. 내가 어떻게 여호와께 보답할 수 있겠습니까?
13.나는 구원의 잔을 들고, 여호와의 이름을 부를 것입니다.
14.나는 여호와께 드린 나의 맹세를 지킬 것입니다. 여호와의 모든 백성 앞에서 나의 약속을 이룰 것입니다.
15.주의 거룩한 자들이 죽는 것을 여호와는 귀중하게 보십니다.
16.여호와여, 정말 나는 주의 종입니다. 나는 주의 종이요, 주의 여종의 아들입니다. 주는 나를 쇠사슬에서 풀어주셨습니다.
17.내가 주께 감사의 찬양을 드리고, 여호와의 이름을 부를 것입니다.
18.나는 여호와께 드린 나의 서원들을 지킬것입니다. 주의 모든 백성 앞에서 그리할 것입니다.
19.여호와의 집 뜰에서 나의 서원들을 지킬것입니다. 오 예루살렘이여, 네 가운데서 내가 서원들을 이룰 것이다. 여호와를 찬양하십시오!

he heard my cry for mercy.
2.Because he turned his ear to me,
I will call on him as long as I live.
3.The cords of death entangled me,
the anguish of the grave came upon me;
I was overcome by trouble and sorrow.
4.Then I called on the name of the Lord:
"O Lord, save me!"
5.The Lord is gracious and righteous;
our God is full of compassion.
6.The Lord protects the simplehearted;
when I was in great need, he saved me.
7.Be at rest once more, O my soul,
for the Lord has been good to you.
8.For you, O Lord, have delivered my soul from death,
my eyes from tears,
my feet from stumbling,
9.that I may walk before the Lord
in the land of the living.
10.I believed; therefore I said,
"I am greatly afflicted."
11.And in my dismay I said,
"All men are liers."
12.How can I repay the Lord
for all his goodness to me?
13.I will lift up the cup of salvation
and call on the name of the Lord.
14.I will fulfill my vows to the Lord
in the presence of all his people.
15.Precious in the sight of the Lord
is the death of his saints.
16.O Lord, truly I am your servant;
I am your servant, the son of your maidservant;
you have freed me from my chains.
17.I will sacrifice a thank offering to you
and call on the name of the Lord.
18.I will fulfill my vows to the Lord
in the presence of all his people,
19.in the courts of the house of the Lord-
in your midst, O Jerusalem.
