1.하나님이여 주께서 어찌하여 우리를 영원히 버리시나이까
어찌하여 주의 치시는 양을 향하여 진노의 연기를 발하시나이까
2.오래전에 주께서 값을 지불하시고 백성을 사신것을 기억하소서.
주께서 구원하신 종족을 기억하소서
주가 살고 계신 시온산을 기억하십시오
3.완전히 폐허가 된 곳으로 주의 발걸음을 옮기소서.
원수들이 성소에 있는 모든 것을 파괴하 버렸습니다
4.주의 원수들이 주의 성소에서 승리하고 승리의 표시로 그곳에 깃발을 꽂았습니다
5.그들은 마치 숲의 나무를 베는 사람처럼 도끼를 들고 나타났습니다
6.그리고는 도끼와 낫으로 성소의 조각품들을 다 부숴 버렸습니다
7.그들이 주의 성소를 완전히 불사르며, 주의 이름이 계시는 곳을 더렵혔습니다
8.그들은 마음속으로 "우리가 이것들을 다 없애 버릴것이다"라고 말하며 이땅에서
하나님께 예배드리는 곳들을 모두 불태워 버렸습니다
9.이제는 기적과 같은 징조들은 하나도 볼수 없고 예언자도 찾아볼 수 없게 되었습니다
이런 일이 얼마나 오래 계속될지 아는 사람이 아무도 없었습니다
10.오 하나님 주를 조롱하는 원수들을 언제까지 그대로 두시렵니까?
그들이 주의 이름을 영원히 모욕하도록 내버려 두실 것입니까?
11.왜 주의 힘있는 오른손을 거두십니까?
손을 드시고 그들을 쳐서 멸하소서
12.오 하나님 주는 옛적부터 나의 왕이십니다 주는 이 땅 위에 구원을 베푸십니다
13.큰신 능력으로 바다를 가르시고 바다 괴물의 머리를 내리치신 분이 주님이셨습니다
14.리워야단의 머리를 부수고 그것을 사막의 짐승들에게 먹이로 주신 분이 주님이셨습니다
15.또한 샘물을 솟게 하고 시냇물을 흐르게도 하고 흐르던 강물을 마르게도 하신 분도 주님이셨습니다
16.낮도 주의 것이 밤도 주의 것입니다
주는 해와 달도 만드셨습니다
17.이 땅의 모든 경계선들을 정하시고 여름과 겨울을 창조하신 분도 주님이셨습니다
18.여호와여 원수들이 얼마나 주를 모욕했는지 생각하시고 어리석은 사람들이 어떻게 주의 이름을 경멸했는지 기억하십시오
19.주의 산비들기의 생명을 들짐승에게 주시 마시고 주의 불쌍한 백성들을 영원히 잊지 마소서
20.폭력과 싸움이 곳곳에서 벌어져 이 땅을 어둡게 하니 우리와 맺은 주의 언약을 기억하십시오
21.고통받는 주의 백성들이 부끄러움을 당하지 않게 해 주소서
가난하고 불상한 백성들이 주의 이름을 찬양하게 해 주소서
22.오 하나님 일어나소서 우리를 위해 변호해 주소서 어리석은 자들이 어떻게 온종일 주를 조롱하는지 기억하십시오
23.주께 맞서 대항하는 자들이 떠들어대는 말을 모른 체하지 마시고 주의 원수들이 질러대는 소리를 기억하십시오.
1.Why have you rejected us forever, O God?
Why does your anger smolder against the sheep of your pasture?
2.Remember the people you purchased of old, the tribe of your inheritance, whom you redeemed-
Mount Zion, where you dewelt.
3.Turn your steps toward these everlasting ruins
all this destruction the enemy has brought on the sanctuary.
4.Your foes roared in the place where you met with us;
they set up their standards as signs.
5.They behaved like men wielding axes to cut through a thicket if trees.
6.They smashed all the carved paneling with their axes and hatchets.
7.They burned your sanctuary to the ground;
they defiled the dwelling place your Name.
8.They said in their hearts, "We will crush them completely!"
They burned every place where God was worshiped in the land.
9.We are given no miraculous signs;
no prophets are left,
and none of us knows how long this will be.
10.How long will the enemy mock you, O God?
Will the foes revile your name forever?
11.Why do you hold back your hand, your right hand?
Take it from thee folds of your garment and destroy them!
12.But you, O God, are my knig from of old;
you bring salvation upon the earth.
13.It was you who split open the sea by your power;
you broke the heads of the monster in the waters.
14.It was you who crushed the heads of Leviathan and gave him as food to the creatures of the desert.
15.It was you who opened up springs and streams;
you dried up the ever flowing rivers.
16.The day is yours, and yours also the night;
your established the sun and moon.
17.It was you who set all the boundaries of the earth;
you made both summer and winter.
18.Remember how the enemy has mocked you,
O Lord,
how foolish people have reviled your name.
19.Do not hand over the life of your dove to wild beasts;
do not forget the lives of your afflicted people forever.
20.Have regard for your covenant,
because haunts of violence fill the dark places of the land.
21.Do not let the oppressed retreat in disgrace;
may the poor and needy praise your name.
22.Rise up, O God, and defend your cause;
remember how fools mock you all day long.
23.Do not ignore the clamor of your adversaries,
the uproar of your enemiesm which rises continually.
